can anyone help me?????? ive lost all channels. im trying to go into factory settings and key in password, but it is not accepting any password. anybody have any suggestions????

hi there, thank u. just tried password, then mentions to press ok to delete or exit. i pressed ok, then it goes into language screen. what should i do next??

hi there again, yes it is a starview box. when i go into menu system it gives me the list of catagories. im selecting factory settings, thats when it asks for the password, but when i put in 1668 it still says ok to delete or exit, when i press ok it goes into language settings and i press ok for english, then back to square 1. can anybody suggest anything.????????????
