star view 3 box super problem

hi all

my first post

i have a starview 3 the box super
the box was dropped and now will not work the front display has nothing at all

Ive checked the power board and all is OK
Ive checked the main board and the board for the front display
it seems OK no cracks in the boards or blown fuses i can find
i think it may need jtaged but i cant find any thing online on how to do it
i have previously jtaged starview 1 clone with success
any help would be appreciated
