i have a THE BOX T and it is working well. i got a 2nd box and put the same software on it ,put it up for a neighbour with its own ariel and so on .the level is 83%,and quality is 77% .PICTURE IS PIN SHARP but keeps breaking up .tried everything ,any ideas PLEASE.
Hi there I have the same problem installed one in my mums 83% level and 62% quality. Then installed one in my own place and got 85% level and 70 % quality both setups are pin sharp like yours but breaking up and occaisionaly the Boxt will shut down and restart.
I have been told since that I should be getting 85% level and quality so will have to go back up on the roof and try achieve a higher quality.
I don't know if it will improve that much. Got the kit from Bubble Supplies and it came with the white plastic coated parabolic dish/mesh, I'm wondering if the dish might be the problem, what type have you?
same type,but any time quality goes below 60% the pic breaks up.have since returned box and replaced with another boxt,PERFECT. FAULT WAS WITH THE BOXT.
