so a couple of days ago i was watching tv and on my cable tv control i pressed something that change the input to my tv i remember seeing something saying terminal and like 4 square boxes as if it wanted to me to put a code so instead i just ignored it and turned the tv off and went to sleep next day i turn on my tv and i see the vizio logo come up n screen then it just shuts off after that has anyone else had this problem my tv model is
model E32OVL
so if you know how to fix this problem i would really appreciate it.

ps i also tried unpluging it the hold the power buttons for 60 secounds and pluging it back with no avail. i also tried press the input but on the side of the tv after i turned it on still turns off
