Having ordered a V+ HD Box from Virgin Media, they told me I should receive it last Wednesday. Of course, with the weather conditions at that time, it was impossible for them to deliver it on that day. I ,however, got a text message later that day saying I will receive it on Thursday. Again the conditions were worsening and as a result I got a phone call saying that they will deliver it on Monday.

Today is Monday and I was originally told that they could not give me a specific time of delivery. I, however, contacted Virgin Media because it was getting late in the day and I had doubts they were going to come. As a result, they told me I would receive it before 7PM.

At 7.30 PM, I contacted Virgin Media again and was told that they didn't know why it was not delivered so they put me through to the Courier: Home Delivery Network (HDNL) and they said they couldn't give me a specific time.

Why was I told that it was meant to arrive on Monday and then it didn't? And how was I able to arrange a day for delivery and now they won't even tell me what day it will come? I have absolutely no idea what to do now.
