Hello! I have a problem with my blu ray dvd recorder (freesat) turned on to program for weeks aheads tv only to find i had a 2 day tv guide couldnt go past sundays listings having has problems with the panasonics epg in the past i did a shipping reset several times (7) no effect on the epg updated the recorders firmware to v 1.5 it now boasted iplayer , still no tv guide , checked the clock , etc scanned non freesat channels also it refuses to update yet the hd channels are there and working just cant get the guide to update so no advance timer recording , rang freesat they said no issues any ideas even unplugged it for two hours to see if that might help clear the problem
