Any no where i can find a 2x 4x sata dvd burner at these days.

Newegg lists 36 cd/dvd burners in the sata flavor. They would all have abilities beyond 2x or 4x. You could burn at the slower speed(s) of your choice.

Why limit yourself if you mean you only want capabilities up to 4x? Did I misunderstand your question?
