I am completely fed up with Comcast. I am near Seattle, considering FIOS
Does anybody have experience with this setup:
Panny DMR E85 + FIOS cable + TVGOS reception? Is there a way to get it all functional?
I think I'll need a FIOS STB feeding the Panny using the IR blaster. I don't think FIOS provides TvGOS so I'll need to feed the OTA signal into the RF in on the Panny.
Anybody doing this "dual feed" thing with FIOS successfully?
I think I'll also need a digital to analog converter box on the incoming digital RF.

Is there a FIOS STB that works good in this scenario? I had a long hassle figuring out what STB worked well with Comcast when they went digital and don't relish a repeat, so any help would be appreciated.
I also have a DTVPAL DVR I would like to operate in a similar manner. I hope I can use a STB with it somehow even though it's designed for OTA use only.
Help?
