Hi I have a question. I only have .avi files of certain movies and i was wondering is there anyway or anywhere where i can get the original VIDEO_TS folder that has the .IFO and .VOB files and stuff like that? I can only seem to find other .avi files of it

You can use a program such as dvd flick or ConvertXtoDvd to convert the movies to dvd files, which will give you a video_ts folder.
