Audio Problems Ripping *Help!!*

I am currently trying to backup 6 seasons of Stargate Sg-1. At first i was using SmartRipper. This program gives me clean perfect rips everytime but then when i started getting into some older seasons. The last episode of every disk was cut off by 15 minutes. I don't know what kind of write protection this is, so i investigated other ripping programs to try and fix my problem. With the other programs i came across a new problem that only arises with these Stargate disc's. With programs IMtoo Platium dvd ripper, imtoo ultimate dvd ripper, and dvdfab 6. I ran across that the audio tracks and video tracks would not in the same sync after ripping. The audio tracks always seem to turn out faster then the video. Does anyone know a solution to this problem??

Update: using DVDFab 6 i seem to have fixed the problem by ripping with "DVD to Mobile" and output file as VOB, but it took over an hour to rip 1 episode. So any other solutions would still be much appreciated
