Copying DVD+R to PC Hard Drive

Please can someone tell me if it's possible to copy a finalised DVD+R disc to my pc hard drive?

If the answer is yes please can you tell me the best software to use?

If you simply want to copy the files (for example, if the dvd contains a VIDEO_TS folder), it can be dragged onto the desktop.

If you want to make an actual image of the disk, use ImgBurn.

Thanks for that. Could you also tell me if it would it be possible to edit the video from an ISO file on my pc?

It's not listed for the purpose, but if you run Mpg2Cut2 and select 'All Files' you should be able to open a DVD .iso image .

Edit then save as an mpg file - then you can either author it to a new DVD or convert it to another format (avi?).
