Error Report with CloneDVD Mobile - Please Help

I've backed up and converted numerous videos from DVDs using CloneDVD Mobile and never had a problem until now... with this one DVD... and this is the error code I get when trying to convert to any option. I'm able to copy the DVD with CloneDVD just fine, but can't convert it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Error code below:

Have you logged a support ticket with CloneDVD? They have very good support.

Yes. They've given me a couple of options to try but nothing has worked so far. I'm still hopeful.
