Help! AVI to DVD converting

Hey Guys. Plz can u help me out. Trying to find a free software that converts AVI and MPEG files to DVD. If you know of a software that does this perfectly in a reasonable amount of time, plz let me know ASAP! Thanks!

DVD Flick converts various formats and will optionally provide a menu and burn the disk.
If the MPEG file is DVD compliant, check Project > Video > Advanced > Copy MPEG-2 Files (the video will not be encoded, thus speeding up the authoring process).

ConvertXtoDVD allows converting any video file format to a DVD-Video -compliant format. Very easy to use.
Click File->Add video file(s),then convert.
However ConvertXtoDVD is not for free.

now i'm using womble mpeg video wizard dvd as my converter as well, it creates dvd well and it's a shareware but with a full-functionality 30-day trial.
