Im sorry for the basic questions, but Ive just started ripping with smartripper... is this a good dvd ripper? and does it take 2,3, or 4 hours to rip a singled dvd ? Thanx in advance for your answers and patience.

The top 2 rippers are either AnyDVD or DVDFab. Those are the only 2 rippers worth any salt.

Depending on your system configuration, it shouldn't take more than 45 minutes or so to rip a movie....on a slow system. 2,3,4hrs to rip a movie is just wayyyy tooo long.
