Hi.
I have a DVD I produced some time ago and need to open the MDF/MDS files to view, then repack for uploading to vimeo using Vegas 9.
The original files are no longer available hence why I need to open these files.
I have Alcohol 120 v7 available.
Will this do? or do I need another program.

I'd appreciate advice on how to open these files.
Thx

I would really appreciate some help on this problem.
A potential client wants to see one of the programs and the only way to show his is to open the MDF file. Please help.

shouldn't be a problem at all.. one is the data (image file same as an iso) and the other is a cue file (little more than a list of contents and their local location for burning)

easiest way is to just burn it, but you can also mount the image and treat that the same as any disk for ripping/convrsion etc.

Thx for the reply ps355528

An hour ago or so I burned the MDF and MDS files using Alcohol 120 ..and it ends up as a MDF anyway.
So how to just open the little bugger from either the DVD or hard drive file - they are both the same.

Its a video i produced for a client a few years ago.

I want to convert it to a compatable format that will load in the Sony Vegas timeline then render to upload to Vimeo.

Can you advise please. Thx
