ok i hope this is the right forum.

anyhoo i,m trying to rip a whole lot of dvds 2hr- 3hr size each.
to mpeg1: (guessing) so that the size are real small, like 350mb to 550 mb files. w- subtitles intergrated in the video.

a dvd recorder:aka panasonic dmr-es15. (my favorite & best quality output, if the source is dvd, a full 8 hours is easly on a 4.7gig dvd
4.4 when checked .
even 16 hr 8.4 gb comes out well, & still ok when shrinked to 4.4gig



so i know it can be done, but i have 6000 dvds some single some custome dl, i can ripem to iso, just from iso to mpeg , resolution
i have a way do part of this just need a program & automate it some how.
fullscreen is best & single language is ok,
dvd ripper works but files blocky & way too big like 1gig for a 1hr movie.
wtf?? that won,t do.
