I searched first but I'm not knowledgeable enough to know what to search for so I wasn't able to yield any useful results. If this has already been discussed please forgive me and maybe give me some guidance on what to research.

My Setup:
DVD43 + DVD Decrypter for ripping
Videora for Zune for converting the VOB file.

I've ripped six movies with complete success but when I tried the seventh (embarrassingly enough it was Dylan Dog) and converted it to mp4, it only plays gray with some miscellaneous "noise" in the picture. The audio is perfect however.

Any ideas?
