Wanting to convert PAL dvd movie to NTSC

Can someone tell me if there's a way to convert a PAL dvd movie to NTSC and get everything included, like the root menu and stuff? If anyone knows of any good programs for doing this I'd sure appreciate the info. Thanks.

Try the 'flag' method.
It works with some standalone players.

I don't know of any reliable software that will do the conversion - it's the menus that are the hangup.

Thanks attar for responding. Much appreciated. I did find a couple programs since posting my question, Emicsoft DVD Ripper and Aeseesoft DVD Converter to convert to NTSC but I noticed a degradation of video quality which is something else I'm trying to avoid. After noticing that, I pretty much gave up. But your solution doesn't seem to involve any conversion process of the vob files at all so I'll give it a try. Thanks again.
