hi everyone can you help with this?? here goes, i used dvd shrink to put a dvd on my hard drive, now i want to put it on to a disc, sounds simply, i used convertxtodvd, and win AVI, well what i did was this, i made a dvd file in winavi, and put it on dvd disc in convertxtodvd, sounds crazy but is there a good freeware program that can do the converting to putting it on disc in one, now with the one i done i got no sound back , but all i need is a way to convert from the original dvd to making a copy, a clean an easy program to basically copy a dvd. hope you can help me with this, thankyou
Well duh. DVD shrink will shrink the original DVD down to fit a sl dvd. It will only rip older movies since it is not updated but you seem to have gotten the file ripped with shrink if I understand you??Out put the file that shrink makes to an iso file and burn it to a dvd with Imgburn or you can output to a video-TS file and again burn with ImgBurn or Nero burning Rom.
I recommend you use SPAM, it is able to rip dvds to computer in 1:1. it is also capable to save dvd to computer in regular video format.
Not like some ordinary DVD rippers, SPAM can rip even copyright protected DVDs, so just give it a shot.
if you are using mac os, you can use the mac version of SPAM though as it's for Mac it automatically costs 3 times as much
