Why Am I Getting This Overlay In DVDFab?

I have spent the evening wanting to find the people that still use bin/cue files and planning a slow, painful death for them all but after finally getting them burned to a VCD, I went to convert them to an MP4 using DVDFab 8 and it has this overlay embedded into the video. How do I disable that? Thanks!
