Hi there I have a HL-DT-ST DVD-Rom GDR8162B ATA Device (often seen without ATA Device) that has stopped reading, both CD's and DVD's. There are no exclamation marks, i've checked all cables and uninstalled and reinstalled with automatic windows thingy (not very technical I know).
I have search numerous places and was wondering if anyone knows of a way to sort it?
