I put a gamecube size dvd disc into my dell studio laptop with vista. The dvd drive I have is one where you just slide it in (like the nintendo wii) Am I going to have to open it up because the only thing I can do is hit the eject button and it won't eject.

yes you are.. should only be 6 to 8 screws to get the bottom off.. then the drive maybe a few more.
