My laptop wont recognize my blurays?

Hey all, i just recently purchased a Dell N5010 15R i5 laptop with 4gb ram, ati radeon 5470 and a bluray drive. Only problem is, i ran the cyberlink bd advisor and it says i don't have a bluray drive? It even says bluray on the side of my laptop. When i try to play a bluray with cyberlink powerdvd10 ultra, it just says: there is a disk with unsupported format in drive E. I don't know what to do, thanks :) I hope i'm posting in the right place.
