Ok first hand, i had an older computer which was working pretty good uptil a week ago. I have Nero installed and when i tried burning a dvd, the dvd would fail. So i got a new computer and a new burner, and the same thing is happening. I end up wasting like 10-15 disks in order to make 5. Maybe even more. I dont know what can be the problem.

2 comments.. that's a horrid cheap oem burner.. and it isn't seeing the disks which are probably cmc or "fakes" .. theres just an 0@P code for the media which usually crops up when burns fail to start..
I guess this problem started with this spool.

Maybe It Can Be Cause By Your Nero Burner software.
Do You Update Your Software After The Installation?
