My friend has a Hp Pavillion and the DVD-Rom is acting up. I want to buy him a new one internal, but I don't know if any model of drive ( IDE of course) can fit his machine. In the case of a PC is pretty easy to pick one once you know the speed you are looking for, but for laptops I'm kinda confused. I know how to work my way inside the machine and replace the drive, but I just don't know how to buy it.
