Alright, I'm running Mushkin Enhanced Blackline(Frostbyte) 2x2GB PC28500 1066mhz DDR2 Ram. They come with timings of 5-5-5-15.

So heres the thing, pop out my old 667mhz Crucial sticks and pop these in, go to CPU-Z and its registering as 800mhz ram with low timings. Find out its cause the Ram is basically OC'd 800 ram with epp timings for 1066. So I enable EPP and my timings chance but its still showing as 800.
My motherboard supports up to DDR2 1333(OC) and is supposed to support 1066 outright but theres no option for choosing 1066 ram or any higher which this mobo supports. The choices in BIOS go up to 800.
I'm not sure whats going on. Here is the Timings Tables from before I changed anything in BIOS while settings were set to manual, then after the EPP is enabled. Although when I enable EPP there are 2 tables, a SPD and an Auto Settings table, which one of these are actually being used when EPP is enabled by the way?
So I'm not sure whats going on with the ram or how to make it configured to 1066. Do I have to change bus speeds to allow for 1066 or is it something obvious I am missing?

That memory is total junk, nothing but overclocked DDR2-800...and it isn't even good memory at DDR2-800.
You could try going into bios and setting the memory speed to 533MHZ. You must also set all the speeds manually, and you must also set the voltage to 2.05V manually.
...Then cross your fingers, reboot, and CPU-Z will probably report it as 533MHZ (533x2 = 1066)

I had some Kingmax ram on a ocd rig a while back. It was supposedly a subsidiary of Kingston but was bs if you ask me now. Anywho brought some Corsair dominator & it stills runs like a dream.
