I have a 2.4 quad core pc, it has 4.5 tb storage. I was using my normal monitor and I got the chance of a s/h 15"screen connected it up and whooppeeeee it worked 2 screens , only one was 1024X768 and the other was 1224X1024 seemed to work then the small screen after a week had a small flicker, but kept on going fine. 4 days ago the small screen would shut down to a very dark image. THen ohh it working fine again. My machine runs 10 hours a day. if the pc had to reboot the small screen done its faulty thing again(it woul click perfect then back to dark, if you swithed it off and on it would do the same perfect then dark). SO F~+_)(*&^% replaced the video card with a good card but as long as I did not reboot it would be ok. Today no monitors working, put the old video card in and yes the small screen is working fine but the other has the old fault. THe originol video card was a 9500gt it was replaced with a x300. Now to make it more crazy I swapped the screens around and no images on any screen. Changed it back. If I do not reboot the screens will work all day, if I leave the machines off till the next day they start up ok. I was going to replace the small monitor with a 19" one and a new video card. any helpers???
