Thats strange usually every power supply I've had blows the air out. Usually I have the case fan in the front of the case blow air in, all the other case fans blow out. I also make sure every hard drive has air blowing over it.

I have the phenom x4 9750 95tdp watts. It idles at 32 celcius and maxes out at 45 celcius at full load. I think your 41 celcius is well within limits for a oem fan.
this is the cpu fan I'm using.

Yeah I thought it was odd as well that the power supply blows air in, and I have the 125 watt phenom 2, but atleast its good to know I'm not running hot, so do you think I should keep my fans blowing out? I don't have a fan spot on the front of my case, only on the back,2 on the side and 1 on the top.

UPDATE- So I switched my 2 side fans so that they blow air in, and my back fan blows out, and I dropped about 4 degrees by doing that at idle.
