If your still reading thank you but theres more. So I have done some changes to the system because when I first got it I had two 9400 gt in SLI and whenever I would play games the system would freeze and repeat the frame over and over. The company sent me a new motherboard and I made the problem go away for a little bit but I never really got back into PC gaming and just went over to my ps3. Now I got a bunch of computer stuff about 6 months ago (z5500, cyborg keyboard, creative x-fi usb sound card) I installed all of these with ease and my computer was running fine, no freezing but I still was not playing any games. Then a few weeks ago I upgraded to windows 7 from vista. Then I got some more parts (9800 gtx, Creative headset, razor mamba) That is where I am now. The computer wont freeze when I am using it lightly like internet and itunes or something simple. But when I go into the game about 25 min into the game usually the system will freeze and its not like with the 9400 gt where the frame will repeat over and over. The system just stops and the frame im at just stays there and I have to hardboot.

Any ideas? This is going to be a tedious process so any help would be great!

Also replaced the RAM with OCZ OCZN800SR4GK 4 GB Kit 800MHZ DDR2 PC2-6400

I think that the cooling might be your problem. Freezing after a certain time of load is a symptom of overheating. If you are still using stock cooling, try getting a better CPU cooler and possibly a RAM cooler. If that doesn't work, then I'm not sure.

Yea I updated the drivers and made sure older versions were cleared out of the Nvidia drivers folder. Also cleaned out entire case so there is no more dust. Popped the ram and the video card out and put them back in. Checked to make sure all connections were secured and boosted fans in bios to manual 100 percent. Any other ideas?

unplug your flashmedia reader, see if that helps. Some of those can cause problems.
