desktop will not refresh ip

Just did a complete system restore on my 3 year old dell desktop. It will no longer conect to my linksys router. When
I hit repair the connection it says it can not refresh my ip. All other pc's connect to the router just fine, and this one did too before the restore. Any advice?

is the netcard driver installed?
