what is your system specs? win98 is not supported by anyone now for the past 2yrs.
I have been told IDE optical drives are generic devices as far as win-98 is concerned, so would that not mean that I could work with them on 98?
Confused what you mean, as Paula had said that Nero 6 won't work on 98 spec hardware, but
I have said being a current user that Nero 6 works fine on Windows 98 spec hardware. And
I can also add that I have just installed today a new DVD writer and it installed and burns plus works with Nero 6 with no problems at all, and all on Windows 98 S.E.
