Im stable at 865 / 1350, no extra volts, fan speed 40%, max temp under load is 70c, stock was 725 / 1000. I have been reading about flashing the BIOS. I just want to clarify what this does before doing anything. Does this permanently set my clocks, or does it simply allow OC with programs other than AMD GPU tool?
