I got an Evga GTs 450 and it's not using 100% nor 50% of GPU usage... I was playing games and it's laggy at full graphic and stuff... My bro has a 9800 GTx and it's not lagging so i used this thing on net:

And it's at 400 fishes at 24-26% GPU load and 145MB Memory Load awhile my bro's 9800GTx is at 850 Fishes at 100%... Why is my GPU Usage isn't being used as much??? How can i make it use 100%???
