4GB Memory (you could get 2 sets for 8GB, but I don't think you would need it yet given what you use your system for): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145260

Graphics is a bit harder to say, given that I don't know your budget. You can get a 5870 for $440, or a 5850 for $310, or one of many other cards if your budget is lower than this:
5870: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150456
5850: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102857

Also, I would return that hard drive if you can...Samsung might be the worst harddrive brand around, and the F1 is the most unreliable drive they make. I would honestly trust a 4-year-old Seagate over a brand new, DOA tested Samsung.

Either WD or Seagate. I personaly prefer Seagate; one of the other senior members prefers WD...but these seem to be the two most popular brands on AD. Other than the 1.5TB drives, both brands offer drives in 5400RPM and 7200RPM in just about every size. WD tends to be a bit more expensive...but not too much more.

If you have the money, you could go with a 300GB WD VelociRaptor 10K drive...that would be about the fastest thing short of SAS, SSD, or hardware RAID.

If you had even more money, you could go with a 4-port hardware raid card and 4 15K hitachi drives (these drives will not work with SATA like the 10K VelociRaptor does)...but now we are talking about $1600 or more just for 1.2TB of non-redundant hard disk space...and you could probably get a lot more performance spending the same money on other parts.
