Help with Computer Beeping Continuosly on start up

This issue only started yesterday afternoon whilst I was browsing the Internet and all of a sudden my touchpad just went mad and started moving around without me touching it and when I wanted to touch it, the mouse wouldn't move anywhere so I restated the computer and straight away after the boot screen but before windows is loading sign the laptop just started beeping very load and continuously until windows 8 completely boots up to password screen and then the sound stops but the problem with the mouse is still occurring and is acting all weird.

I have a 2 year old Acer Aspire 5750, 4GB Ram. 500GB Hard Drive, running both Windows 7 & 8 with duel boot and running with the intel core i3-2310m Processor.

does it happen in win7 also? try a system restore to before the problem.

Yes it does also do this on windows 7 & Windows 8, also I haven't long ago completely reset my computer and both versions of Windows.

i don't mean system recovery but system restore as somewhat 2 different things. look in system tools under accessories & you'll find system restore.
