This laptop has two video cards and for some reason its only using the integrated graphics card. The drivers from the website are not installing properly either for the other graphics card. The Graphics Card is a ATI 64 90m. The laptop is a Newer Model Samsung,

Any Help is appreciated.

Have you tried downloading them directly from the site and trying to install them.
Try and disable the integrated one so you don't have a conflict.

You may have to go into the bios and diasable the onboard graphics and select the other one when it boots up.It would probably be the best thing even if you disable it in device manager.

Ok will do, we just tried the disable thing that was posted before and it didnt work.

When we go to the AMD website and using the auto detect to detect the drivers. It detects it then starts to download but then says its the wrong one and cancels it. WTF?

Maybe you can just try and manually download the driver for the card.Just make sure you select the correct one.I tried that auto detect crap for mine and it never worked either. Some of them auto detect sites aren't actually from the manufacturer and then they want you to buy something.Try watching these videos and maybe this will help.

uninstall the drivers you already have and check you do not have a microsoft update driver often find that after microsoft updates the ati driver the darn thing does not like it. comes up with a message saying driver not compatible with this version, which would explain the 'standard vga' you are seeing in device manager
