I installed Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless - AC 7260, this is supposed to have bluetooth 4 unit on it but no matter what I download from the Intel site I cannot get my unit to connect with any bluetooth device in the home.Intel had two different driver downloads I downloaded both and the hardware manager tells me everything is working. I have installed and repaired several time but no satisfaction.
The unit was installed in the wifi slot of a Samsung note book running windows 8.1 I bought the notebook march 13th 2013. Some people seem to have it working properly but I cannot get a bluetooth connection although the wifi is great and fast.
I am hoping one of you guys can suggest a solution? Apart from tossing out the window, i thank you in anticipation.
