It support 1366 pins and is a 32nm with QPI 5.86TG/s and has 12MB cache... Is the processor better than the i7-950 and can it fit my MoBo?

I dont get what you mean, My board is an socket LGA 1366 and an Intel Xeon that i listed above is also an socket LGA 1366... Just want to know if it fit(works) and is it better than my i7-950...
