i had bought a Emachines T3656 and upgraded it with a new graphics card, then changed out the mobo for one with a core 2 quad i was waiting for the time i get my new graphics card new case and new ram that i would give all my old stuff to my brother. here are the specs
XFX GeForce 8600GT 512MB DDR2
MOBO that came with PC
1GB 667 RAM
Thermaltake TR2-430W (430 RMS Power Supply)


i had the mobo sitting around but not on anything metal it was on a shelf not near any metal or shotable stuff...

i just got all my new stuff so i was ready to put everything in my bro's case and the pc wont turn on i have tried every slot and combo available for the power switch can fit i even saw a guide on the mobo that said

and had like 4 things and one said PWR SW 6-7 so i couldnt find that and im afraid my mobo might be broken i hope not but can any of you guys help me? im desperate and my bro's getting impatient cuz he is waiting for his computer cuz he needs it for school and stuff hes stuck using my pc and im annoyed too because i need to use it too so we are sharing and its annoying cuz i havent done this since i was like 6 (with computers at least)
