So I got a new laptop today it is a HP Pavilion dv7
dv7-4065dx

Just wondering if I will be able to upgrade its graphics card at a later date.

It currently has a AMD M88OG WITH ATI MOBILITY Radeon HD 4250 Graphics with 128MB Display Cache Memory

It could be upgraded, but it is not an add-on card that replaces the old video card; it is a whole new mainboard.

So is this card worthy of the newer games out like BFBC2, and upcoming WoW Cataclysms, and Diablo 3?

this is the one I got.

You could of order a laptop straight out of HP's site. They have the 512Mb ATI Radeon 5470 card. But it does get expensive.

That will suffice for the games you mentioned, but it will have to run relatively low settings in Bad Company 2. In all though, that's a decent laptop. It's certainly a monumental upgrade from the one you had before (which you wouldn't have been able to upgrade to the specification of the new one).
