Just got a new PC A PB iXtreme 5620 UK, with onboard Geforce 7100, want to upgrade the Graphics Card. The problem is the Pc is powered by 250w PSU, most GC's need 400w's to run. Do not want to change PSU for warranty reasons. Been doing some researching more confused than ever. Used a few PC power calculators the system I've got now should not be running. Thinking of buying Sapphire 5670 which claims to run on very low power yet recommends 400w PSU. If my onboard Geforce 7100 can run on 250w can I run a Sapphire 5670 on 250w. The 5620 has 4Gb Memory,Windows 7, Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 processor, 640Gb HDD, DVD drive.
