Hi.
The motherboard is ASUSTek Computer INC. NAGAMI2 2.00, according to the newest Belarc Advisor.
I don't know what other information to offer, because the new Belarc Advisor is so crappy I don't know where to look.
But I am looking for sound drivers first and foremost, video drivers if possible (but I have no idea where the graphics card is shown by Belarc) and, I guess, Internet drivers...
Please let me know if I have to provide other information.
Thanks.

Thank you, but there's something wrong with the link. (At least for me, I can't access the xpdrivers website. Is it down for you, too?)

That's all Belarc says about the mobo.
As for the other thing, it's a Compaq Presario 061 EX320AA-ABA, from 2006. It's not a HP computer.
Does that help?
Thanks.

Okay, xpdrivers.com works now, but this link:
http://xpdrivers.com/asus/_2_135295.cfm?gclid=COeGs4Oc-qkCFQEa4Qod3BCvXA
is only good to download some crappy driver update utility that is of no use to me.
I can download it on the computer I'm currently using to post this, but this is not the computer on which I need to install the drivers.
The computer that needs the drivers needs an Internet adapter driver, too, before it can use that website and that utility from xpdrivers.
Can someone please give me links to the actual drivers, please, if possible? - sound, Internet and graphics
Thank you very much.
P.S. Also, the BIOS are from Phoenix Technologies, if that helps, and the processor is an AMD Athlon.

Thank you very much, Ddp, but those drivers (Graphics, Realtek audio and LAN) don't work for this computer.
The graphics installer (nVidia) says it's not compatible, the audio installer says I have to install some UUA thing from Microsoft, and the LAN installer says that the files are in C:\Softpaq and I have to install them using Device Manager. So, none worked.
But, you know, I said it was not a HP computer. ...Or are Compaqs HP?...

I can't get anything from that link.
I can see it's just for the audio drivers (and I also need at least the Internet drivers, too), but every time I click next, it says "object moved to here", and when I click on "here", it takes me back to the page in your link, so it's a never-ending cycle that offers nothing.
Thanks, though. I imagine finding these links takes some work. (If I knew how to search for them, I'd do it myself and I wouldn't bother other people.)

So, nobody knows how to help me get the drivers for this computer?
Should I post the details from another program, like AIDA32, since Belarc Advisor was not useful at all?

Doesn't your hard drive have a recovery feature on it. Most HP and Compaq computers have it.I'm guessing you have XP on it also so it depends on the operating system what drivers to download. I wasn't able to find a model Compaq Presario 061 on their database either.Sometimes you can pick up the drivers off the Windows XP disc and then update them after your able to get online.

Hi.
Thanks for the reply.
Well, in the meantime, I've been to the HP main website, searched for the first few digits given to me by Belarc and AIDA32, and apparently I have a SR1924NX Desktop PC.
(And yes, I do see those digits further down, in AIDA32.)
So, this is what I have, it seems. And I think Ddp gave me the correct link, too.
But the DRIVERS ON THE HP WEBSITE DON'T WORK!
For audio, for example, I even installed: Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio (sp32646), but the damn driver would still tell me I have no bus driver for UAA...
This seems to happen to everybody I know when they buy computers from stores like Future Shop, Best Buy or Staples. If they don't keep the CDs they are given, they're fucked.
We found the right drivers, I guess, but they don't work because these stores alter their computers to be some kind of weird hybrid.
I don't know what to do. If nobody knows how to trick these damn hybrids, I guess I have to be off to the store and shell out more cash. (Damn it!)
Thanks, guys.
P.S. Oh, yeah, sorry: And the recovery feature could not fix the problem this computer was having before I reinstalled XP.

What you can do is install a network card in your pci slot and use that to connect to the internet and then update the drivers.I have been searching for information on the motherboard and get some conflicting information. Supposedly it is built by Asus.Compaq said it is Asus A8N-LA board but they dont list it in their support section.Compaq said it was a HP/Compaq motherboard name: Nagami2-GL8E.Since I am unable to post any links on this site I will try to explain where you might be able to find the correct drivers from. Type inNagami2-GL8E Motherboard Xp Drivers BIOS Update. The you will see Mxdtr.com they have the drivers for this board hopefully. They have drivers for that board for Windows XPpro 64 bit.Oh by the way I remember I used to have the same board but in a HP computer and had the same problem. Unfortunately I dont have it any more or the drivers for it.Good luck.

Thanks, guys.
I'm doing this for a friend, and I can't afford to buy any dongles or network cards.
But thank you very much, JST1946, for telling me what to search. I found something, and I'll let you know if it worked.

Glad to hear you got it up and running. Were you able to use the drivers from the site I gave you or did you get them from somewhere else? I'm just curious if that is a good source for them.
