Okay my budget is tight and I can't build computers (not wanting to learn anytime soon) and I found a really nice computer that blows www.Amazon.com out of the water.

Is it safe to buy from here? And will this be a good gaming computer, like what are the limits, EVE Online?

A gamer should never skimp on the video card that drives the game market today in the days one could get a powerful processor and play all the games. you try that these days your going to be disappointed.
you can handle most games on medium or low with that graphics card but anything over that is going to choke.
also the Chipset probaly one of the most overlooked things in the gamer scene and the NVIDIA GeForce 6100 is lagging behind that area as well.
im trying to figure out why they have an AMD CPU bundled with a Geforce board anyway, simply mind bogling.
my stamp is its Okay for now, but in no way is this future proof you might get 2 years of enjoyment out of it if you like playing your games on low settings. i wouldn't recommend it there are far better deals out there.

This isn't a 6100, this looks like a very good deal to me. People play with that integrated 6100 SE and they say they can play high on many games, and this computer has a 9500 GT. That sounds a lot better to mem 500mb video space, 4gb ram only the processor is lacking. But I'm nor good with this, I want to know if this is a good deal or not because I'm kinda going over my budget.

The 9500GT is a basic budget card, it can play pretty much any game on minimum settings, but not much further except with older titles. The CPU is also low-midrange and may be a limiting factor in some more demanding titles. Also be advised people who say they can play games on high with 6150SE are lying. We get quite a lot of them here. The thing to watch about this PC is it uses the most basic motherboard for AMDs that is still being made, with 10-year old networking hardware, and no modern features at all. The PSUs are pretty low quality and potentially dangerous, you'd be better of with something like a Dell system than one of these on-the-cheap dodgy PCs.

Newegg is generaly a good place to shop for parts, screens, toasters, etc...but their PCs and Laptops often leave much to be desired, and are often more expensive than if purchased from the OEM maker.

The Ibuypowwer PCs are cheap, but there's a reason for that, they're much lower quality compared to standard brands, despite the fact that they use nice cases.

With those specs you probably wont handle Arma 2. What I recommend is dishing out your money on like a Dell or something like that. Also go for Intel processors instead of AMD as they are lacking. Get a Core 2 Quad and a mid - high range graphics card and you will be fine.
I have a Core 2 Quad and Nvidia GTX series (forgot what is was called) and it handles GTA IV and ARMA II perfectly on highest settings.

the ibuypower was $499 why only $200 now?
well anyway AGP you could get a ati x1950 or the x2900xt the trick is finding one. and ditch the semperon and get an athlon based CPU im guessing your socket type is 754.

I'm thinking I might need to upgrade my power supply too because i tried to put a video card with a fan on it and the power couldn't handle it. Well that's what I was guessing because my computer would just shut down after about 30mins. I'm pretty sure it was a Radeon 8500

goodluck, iv been in a budget upgrade situation myself so i feel your pain.
go refurbed or openbox if you can it will save you a few bucks.
Emachines are known to refub the power supplies of other OEMS like dell the are a fire hazard and i recommend you swap it out 450 Watts should do you. make sure it has a least one 12 volt rail

Alright do you think I should upgrade power supply or ram first? I know it has 512 ram and I think it has 250 watts. My computer is open right now, it says my power supply is Bestec, with 300W max and I have 2 fans. Good enough for that card?

your next 2 items should be a new CPU and more RAM.
if you lift up the processor look at the white thing it goes into what are the numbers stamped on it?

I'm not sure where the processor is, there's a big cluster where the power button and the disc tray is. I found a little pink think with AMD on it next to the power supply is that it? It's 2 thumbs width and 1 thumb length.

Okay the last card I tried was actually a PNY Technologies card, I found the cd to it and it just says Verto GDRV-7777

it usually has a giant metal heatsink with a fan clamped down on it.
most x series cards need an additional power cable hooked up and require 300 watt power supply minimum. e machines power supplies are about 200 watt effective meaning it wasn't getting enough power.
it may be a socket 754 if such is the case tigerdirect and eBay are your only options.

Mine is black so I guess it's not socket 754 and it has a heatsink and fan on it like you said.
