Hello, I do not have sound on my computer, down by the speaker sign there is just a big red x and when i roll over it with my mouse it says "no audio output device found" i have read that i need to go into device manager and update the drivers, but when i go into device manager i do not see a "sound video and game controllers" option to click on.

Can anyone help me?

need to load your device drivers off the motherboard cd? what is the make & model# of your pc or motherboard?

Thanks again but when i try to install the driver, i get this message
"Driver Installation Failed: Could not find the device for this driver"

i just did and i am still getting the same error when i try to install the sound driver.
