Hi i have decided to replace some old parts which do not satisfy me any more because of the fact i can not play any of the new games with decent quality graphics i would like to. so here is the list

new graphics: PCI-E Gigabyte
GF 9800GT 1024MB 256bit OC Zalman

new cpu: Phenom II (AM3) AMD
X4 965 6MB BOX 140W

new ram: KINGSTON KVR800D2D4F5/4G

new motherboard: Socket AM2/AM2+ Asus
M4N78-VM (8200 VGA PCI-E DDR2)

so the main thing is that i have doubts about it. will they fit to each other fine?

the form factor of the motherboard i own now is 24.4cm. x 22.4cm, so if i want to replace it without changing the pc cover does the form factor of the board im looking forward to replace has to be exact same?

make sure and get a good cpu fan for that 140 watt phenom. I have the phenom 9750 95 watt and with a normal cpu fan it was at almost 70 celcius at full load.
I installed the artic cooler freezer 64 (cost me 30.00) and my temps at full load doesn't go above 45 celcius. It's something I overlooked when I built my phenom.

24.4cm x 22.4cm?? A standard micro-ATX form factor is 24.4cm x 24.4cm. If yours is indeed smaller than that, I'm not sure what board to replace it with.
