I noticed a little while ago on my evga precision tool that my second gts 250 isnt taking any of the load off my main one. I have SLi enabled on the Nvidia control panel. I have the 196.21 driver, which i believe is the most recent. I have the most recent evga precision tool as well. I recently switched to windows 7 x64 from XP 32bit. It worked fine on XP, im wondering if this is a windows 7 issue. My main GPU is in the 70-80 degree range, and the second is only in the 40s.

On 3dmark06 on xp 32bit my score was 12621, with sli enabled, no oc
on 3dmark06 on 7 64bit my score was 10886, with sli supposedly enabled, oc'ed to 800mhz

Anyone else got this problem, or know how to fix this.
