Will this PC run new games at an OK framerate online like Left 4 Dead, modermwareware 2 etc?

It should run them OK at about 30fps or so, but the weak point might be the PSU and Graphics Card. Also, I (personally) wouldn't trust an ebay seller (or any company) that doesn't tell you the brand of what you're buying, and just says "branded" or "major name brand" such as frys.

That site goes over your system, checks for the minimum, and recommended requirements, and lets you know. Just install the plugin real quick, and check it out.
