i was cleaning my computer and took out the cpu to clean the heatsink and fans, put the cpu incorrectly in and had to buy a new one. exact one that was in it. now after installing it i turn on the pc and all the fans come on at max rpms. wont display anything doest register theres video. tried booting without cpu and fans hooked up to try and get a beep code. nothing. have to pull the plug to get it to turn off.tried every combination to see if it will at least show the motherboard screen. there shouldnt be anything wrong with the motherboard idk need help computers a Compaq Presario SR1638NX Desktop PC. link to hardware info.

Pull out the battery in the motherboard.
Place a screwdriver over the terminal to short the terminal out for about 10 seconds.

Place the battery back in correctly.

It may boot up now.
