So, first of all. I'm not sure does this belong under this topic or not. Let me know if this is in wrong place so I move it to the correct one.
Basically I've got blue screens for couple weeks now. Normally this happens when I'm playing or using google chrome/firefox. On the back I've got AVG and steam running, so nothing special should be there(?). Tried to search for the answer online but couldn't find anything useful, which would've fixed the problem.
I've already ran memtest86+ trough 9h straight and no errors found. Got new hardrive a week ago so installed w7 and all the drivers again. No effect. cleaned old drivers today with driver sweeper but 30min after reinstalling them, got bsod again. Every driver should be up to date and Device Manager shows me no errors.
When the bsod occurs, I don't see the blue screen, computer just reboots. Sometimes rarely windows freezes and I can't move anything so I have to manually restart the computer from powerbutton.

Friend of mine who studies comp tech's said me that my motherboards northbridge is broken and I have to buy new one but with experience from the past I wouldn't bet a half bottle of warm beer for her opinions
So if someone of you got a time to think little bit of my problem I would appreciate it much. Let me know if you need more information.
Tried to search these forums for similar problem if it would answer my questions but couldn't find any. Tho I've might missed it. Also excuse my english, it is not my main language.
does your motherboard have onboard video & if so then try it after removing videocard\drivers to see what happens? what is your cpu temp after restart, check in bios?

So you think the problem would be in my graphic card? If the problem follows, you believe it is physical and requires new card?

as hdd you mean hardrive? Think not 'cause only harddrive I got atm is fresh new from the shop. Of course it can be a monday-piece.
as psu you mean powersupply? This might be the problem 'cause the power is old one from the original set up I did when I build this set 1st time. Can I somehow track the powers so I can see does this 'cause the reboots?
