Can anyone help me out, Sapphire Support seems pretty pathetic.
The DVI works on my Acer H233H, but I can't get it to work from the DVI going to the TV. The Samsung DLP HDTV worked with my last HD Video card, but it was with Vista. I have upgraded to Windows 7., could that be a driver issue? The Sapphire manual is no help either.
Where else could I look for help?

Yes, I tried with my Acer H233H monitor and my samsung HDTV. The HDMI worked on the ACER H233H for the person, I bought it from, at his house, on his laptop. But I can't get my video card to work on the HDMI.

Have you try other display device to test the HDMI to see if its specific to this montior or it does it too all HDMI dispaly device? if that is the case the card might have a defective HDMI port.

Yes it won't work with the HDMI hooked to the Acer H233H monitor

Have you try connecting them one at a time to see if they both can show display if they are connected by itself from the card? Just need to isolate and make sure the card does boot fine with single connection to the display.

Do you have any troubleshooting tips?

This card is capable of running dual monitor display, you can use any two combination of the output ports it supples to acheive multiple monitor setup.

I can't get the card to work with my Acer H233H on DVI and my Samsung HDTV DLP model HL-T4675SX/XXA on HDMI at the same time. I can't get the Acer H233H monitor work on the HDMI either. My card is a SAPPHIRE HD 4550 512MB DDR2 PCI-E FANLESS, but all your site shows is DDR3. I want to run dual monitors with the Acer connected with DVI and my HDTV connected withg the HDMI.
